Download iCal FileJoin the UIC Latino Cultural Center for a guided meditation and sound healing session led by the local Community Healing Mercado healers.
Sound healing is a practice that uses sound vibrations and frequencies to relax your mind and body. Come take a break during finals week by experiencing mindful meditation to help ground you and de-stress.
This session will ask attendees to sit on the floor or in a chair, please dress comfortably. All are welcome and encouraged to bring a mat or blanket.
All in-person events at the LCC (Lecture Center B2) will have limited capacity and wearing a mask is required.
