About
My name is Ashaley Hassel and I was born and raised on the southeast side of Chicago. I am currently a senior at UIC, majoring in Business Management with a minor in African American Studies. I have served as the President and Vice-President of Black Student Union and the President of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. While having heavy involvement on campus, I will be the first in my family to graduate with a Bachelor's degree this upcoming December. After graduation, I plan on getting involved in non-profits organization and push my education and knowledge on to continue to be part of the change.
