Join the Spanish Film Club for a screening of the Mexican documentary Tempestad (2016 Mexico) by Tatiana Huezo. The film narrates the parallel journey of two women victimized by corruption and injustice in Mexico, and the love, dignity, and resistance that allowed them to survive. Stay for a post-screening discussion with Ana Romero Diaz, a Chicago-based feminist activist with deep roots in anti-violence activism in Mexico.
